Lewandowski: Teammates' Precise Passes Make Scoring Easy; Recent Schedule Has Been Crazy

On the evening of October 6, Barcelona defeated Alavés 3-0 in a La Liga match, with Lewandowski scoring a hat-trick.

After the game, Lewandowski said, “I received many precise passes from my teammates, which made my goals much easier. From the beginning of the match, our performance was excellent and we had a strong offensive momentum. If we can score three goals in the first half, then in the second half, we can control the game situation more calmly.”

He also mentioned, “The pre-season training has been effective, and we have an excellent team. With these teammates, we are confident to perform at a higher level, and the areas where we were lacking before have now improved. This is the charm of football, no matter who the opponent is, we must give our all.”

Regarding the tight schedule, Lewandowski stated, “We are now playing almost every three days, this is the first time in my career that I’ve encountered five consecutive matches with only three days between them. For all the players called up by their national teams, these two weeks have indeed been very tough. I sincerely hope that those teammates who are out due to injury can return after the international break, and I also believe that the team will become even stronger after this period of rest and adjustment.”
