McLaren has announced the signing of former Red Bull strategy chief Will Courtney, who will become the new sports director of the McLaren team.
Will Courtney joined the team during the Jaguar Racing era and has been with Jaguar/Red Bull for nearly 20 years. He will officially join McLaren after his contract with Red Bull ends midway through the 2026 season.
