Today, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) officially announced the full details for the 2024-25 AFC Cup II (referred to as AFC Cup II).

Group Stage: September 17 – December 5, 2024
Round of 16: February 11 – 20, 2025
Quarterfinals: March 4 – 13, 2025
Semifinals: April 8 – 16, 2025
Final: May 17, 2025
Tournament Prize Money:
All teams advancing to the group stage will receive a minimum of USD 30,000 in prize money, with additional funds based on final rankings. The champion will receive at least USD 328,000.
