Aleisha Neale Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Mariners, Becoming the Club's First Female CEO

On August 22, Central Coast Mariners officially announced that Aleisha Neale would serve as the Chief Executive Officer.

Following Adam Thomson’s interim role as CEO over the past six months, Aleisha Neale will now take up the position formally. Meanwhile, Chairman Richard Peil will step back from day-to-day operations after Jordan Smith assumes the role of Executive Chairman, allowing Peil to focus on other business activities.

Regarding her appointment as CEO of Central Coast Mariners, Aleisha Neale said, “I am truly excited to lead a club with such a rich history, full of great people, and one that has such a strong connection with its community. My goal is to ensure that the Mariners continue to be a cornerstone of the Central Coast, demonstrating what’s possible when a business and its community work together.”
