On the afternoon of August 30, the final match of the 2024 LPL Summer Split officially kicked off. Ultimately, BLG swept WBG with a total score of 3-0 to claim the championship, securing both the LPL Spring Split and Summer Split titles for this year. They will also advance to the World Championship as the top seed from the LPL region. With BLG’s victory, TES has also secured their spot as the second seed from the LPL region to advance to the World Championship. WBG will compete alongside JDG, LNG, and NIP in the gauntlet matches to vie for the last two spots from the LPL region at the World Championship.

Simultaneously, BLG broke through WBG’s base, forcing WBG to engage the Baron Nashor. However, Wei’s Lillia entered the fray and secured the Baron Nashor, followed by BLG wiping out the enemy team and pushing down the base to secure the victory.
