But in the immediate next service game of Shang Juncheng, Bu Yunchaokete created significant trouble, leading to consecutive deuces, yet Xiao Shang still managed to hold under pressure, leading 5-3. Then, Bu Yunchaokete held his own service game and broke back, leveling at 5-5. Subsequently, both players held their serves, entering the tie-breaker. Both sides initially held their serves, but Xiao Shang broke the deadlock first, breaking Bu Yunchaokete’s serve, leading 4-2 and changing ends. Thereafter, Xiao Shang again broke Bu Yunchaokete’s serve, winning the tie-breaker 7-3 and taking the first set 7-6.
In the second set, Bu Yunchaokete forced two break points on Shang Juncheng right from the start, fortunately, Xiao Shang promptly served an ace to save it, but committed an unforced error, giving Bu Yunchaokete another break point, which he converted, gaining the lead. But Shang Juncheng immediately broke back in Bu Yunchaokete’s service game. In the third game, Bu Yunchaokete broke Shang Juncheng’s serve again, leading 2-1. After Bu Yunchaokete easily held serve, in Shang Juncheng’s service game, Bu Yunchaokete forced another break point, which was saved by Xiao Shang, allowing Shang Juncheng to hold serve with difficulty. But then, while holding serve, Bu Yunchaokete again threatened Shang Juncheng’s serve. After Xiao Shang double-faulted, Bu Yunchaokete got three consecutive break points. After saving two break points, Xiao Shang was broken again by Bu Yunchaokete, who led 5-2 and entered his own serve-to-win-the-set game, closing out the set 6-2.
In the deciding set, Bu Yunchaokete broke Shang Juncheng’s serve again, then broke and held to take a 3-0 lead. Shang Juncheng broke back in the fourth game. Subsequently, both players held serve until the eighth game, where Shang Juncheng got two break points and broke, leveling at 4-4. But Bu Yunchaokete immediately got two more break points in Shang Juncheng’s service game. Due to an unforced error by Shang Juncheng, Bu Yunchaokete broke again and entered his serve-to-win-the-match game, which he won smoothly.
Ultimately, Bu Yunchaokete defeated Shang Juncheng with a score of 6-7, 6-2, 6-4.
