Recently, Robin, the son of former Ferrari driver and F1 world champion Kimi Räikkönen, started from 22nd place and raced his way up to 5th in an RMC World Karting Championship race.
This performance by Robin has proven his competitiveness on a global scale among his peers. After the race, the F1 “Ice Man” could not hide his excitement and shared his son’s achievement on social media.
When asked about his son’s future plans, Räikkönen stated that there are no specific plans yet: “We are considering some options for next year, but we haven’t decided anything yet. What’s important now is that he enjoys himself. As long as he’s happy, I’m happy, so as long as he wants to drive, we will continue.”
