According to French newspaper L’Équipe, Liverpool are still interested in the free transfer of French international midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
L’Équipe reports that Rabiot previously rejected a contract extension offer from Juventus and left the club on a free transfer when his contract expired at the end of June. However, as the transfer window enters its final stages, Rabiot has yet to find a new club. His mother and agent are working hard to secure a transfer, but the contracts they have received so far do not meet their requirements.
After missing out on Zubimendi, Liverpool have started to look into signing Rabiot on a free transfer to strengthen their midfield. In addition to Liverpool, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich are also monitoring Rabiot’s situation.
