Official: Manchester United signs 18-year-old central defender Yoro from Lille
Manchester United has signed Yoro until 2029, with an option to extend for another year.
It’s understood that, including various add-ons, Manchester United will pay a total transfer fee of up to €70 million for Yoro.
The 18-year-old Yoro joined Lille’s youth academy in 2017 and was promoted to the first team in 2022. He made a total of 60 appearances for Lille, helping the club secure fourth place in Ligue 1 and a spot in the Champions League qualifiers during the 2023/24 season.
Official: Manchester United forward Greenwood joins Marseille for €26 million
The 22-year-old Greenwood, a product of Manchester United’s youth academy, made a total of 129 appearances for the club, scoring 35 goals and providing 12 assists. In January 2022, Greenwood was embroiled in domestic violence and rape allegations, leading to his suspension by Manchester United. The charges were dropped by the UK Crown Prosecution Service in February 2023. Last season, Greenwood was loaned out to Getafe, where he made 36 appearances across all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists.
Official: Manchester City signs 20-year-old winger Savio for £21 million
On July 19th, it was officially announced that Troyes winger Savio has joined Manchester City for a transfer fee of £21 million plus a bonus clause worth £1.26 million.

Official: Dortmund signs Stuttgart top scorer Girassi for €17.5 million release clause
On July 19th, official news confirmed that Stuttgart’s top scorer Girassi has joined Dortmund after the latter activated the €17.5 million release clause.
The 28-year-old Guinean forward Girassi contributed 30 goals and three assists in 30 appearances across all competitions for Stuttgart last season.
Official: Juventus signs Verona defender Cavall from for €11 million
On July 19th, official news confirmed that Verona defender Cavall has transferred to Juventus for a fee of €11 million plus a €1.8 million bonus clause.
During his two years at Verona, Cavall got a taste of Italian football: last season, the left-back made 22 appearances (17 starts) in Serie A, contributing to the team’s victories. In the second half of the season, he played in 17 of 18 matches, impressing with his performances and continued growth.
Official: 35-year-old Aubameyang joins Saudi Arabian club Al-Qadisiyah, bidding farewell to European football
On July 18th, Saudi Arabian club Al-Qadisiyah officially announced the signing of former Arsenal and Marseille forward Aubameyang on a contract until 2026.
Aubameyang had previously announced his departure from Marseille via social media, becoming a free agent.
In this season’s top five European leagues, the 35-year-old Aubameyang was the only player over 30 years old to directly contribute to at least 40 goals (goals and assists combined) in all competitions.
