According to reports cited by AS from Brazilian media, Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Flamengo’s striker Pedro, but their offer of €20 million has been rejected.
Pedro is 27 years old and has been included in the latest Brazil squad. He came through the youth academy at Fluminense and joined Fiorentina in Europe in September 2019, where he was loaned out to Flamengo and later made the move permanent.
Pedro is a striker with a good goal-scoring record, having made a total of 183 appearances in the Brazilian league, scoring 71 goals and providing 17 assists. This year, his form has been even more impressive, nearly averaging a goal per game. Previously, clubs like Benfica had also shown interest in him, but the club did not allow him to leave.
