Supercomputer Predicts EFL Championship: Burnley & Leeds United Promoted Directly, Rooney's Team RelegatedAccording to The Sun, a supercomputer has predicted the final standings for the upcoming EFL Championship season, with Burnley and Leeds United set for direct promotion to the Premier League, while Derby County, managed by Wayne Rooney, is predicted to be relegated back to League One.

The supercomputer took into account various factors such as league position, team form, probability of winning, and after running simulations 1,000 times, it arrived at its final prediction.

Burnley will secure promotion to the Premier League as EFL Championship champions under the leadership of manager Scott Parker. Leeds United will follow closely behind, securing the second direct promotion spot to the Premier League, finishing just one point behind Burnley. Leeds United, as runners-up in the Championship, will lead the third-placed team by 10 points. The teams placed third to sixth are Norwich City, Luton Town, Middlesbrough, and Coventry City respectively. So far, two rounds of the Championship have been played, with Burnley winning against Luton Town 4-1 and Cardiff City 5-0.

At the other end of the table, Portsmouth, Plymouth Argyle, and Blackburn Rovers are predicted to be relegated to League One. So far, Rooney’s team has not secured a single victory. They lost their first game 0-4 to Sheffield Wednesday and drew 1-1 with Hull City in the second game.
