The As Paper reports that Enzo Zidane, 29 years old, has been without a club for a year and may be on the verge of retiring.
Enzo, like his father Zinedine Zidane, played as a midfielder. During his time at Real Madrid, he made his first-team debut in the Copa del Rey, scoring his maiden goal. However, after leaving Real Madrid in 2017, he has changed clubs almost every year. He has played in Switzerland, Spain’s second and third divisions, Portugal, and at Raids, but has not achieved significant success or established a long-term presence at any of these clubs.
Enzo’s last club was Fuenlabrada, located in the outskirts of Madrid. In the 22/23 season of Spain’s third division, he played frequently during the early stages of the season but performed poorly in the latter half. Last season, he remained without a club, and it appears that he will have difficulty finding a new team this summer.
