On October 2, the German Football Association (DFB) made a decision to suspend Bayern Munich goalkeeper Ulreich for one match and fine him 20,000 euros for “grossly violating sportsmanship.”

During the match between Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, fans captured Ulreich insulting Bayer Leverkusen’s sporting director, Rolfes. Although Ulreich apologized to the other party and Rolfes indicated his acceptance, the German Football Association still decided to impose a punishment on Ulreich.
