Ducati factory rider Bagnaia was asked about his thoughts on the 2027 technical regulations in a post-Spanish GP interview, and the championship contender said: “I just want the fastest bike. Even if now the bike is really fast, I want a bike to win with. The only reason I like MotoGP is because I can ride a bike that allows me to win, and winning is the biggest motivation to keep going forward.”

“MotoGP riders have so many things to manage during a race, like dealing with buttons on the handlebars and systems to adjust suspension height while riding.”
“I don’t understand why some riders say it’s difficult. For me, you have to get used to it; it’s normal for me to manage these buttons during a race. It’s part of our job. And if you want to be fast, you have to do it. Maybe those who complain are not at the same level as our bikes, so they want to simplify some things to close the gap. Actually, everyone is quite similar at this point.”
